无意看到一个句子：
All is not goldthat glitters.
文章中的翻译是：闪光的东西未必都是金子。
第一，我觉得是一个that glitters是定语从句，是否限定前面的名词金子还是限定主语all的呢？第二，若是限定all的，是否此句应该写成All that glittersis not gold.

你的理解是对的，that glitters是修饰先行词all的定语从句。从结构上来看，All that glitters is not gold.也是对的，但由于表语只有gold一个词，句子看上去“头重脚轻”，所以使用了“分隔定语”的形式。又如：
